These Terms of Service govern the plumbing services provided by No Pressure Plumbing LLC ("No Pressure Plumbing") to residential and commercial customers in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. By scheduling or accepting service, you agree to these terms.
1. Services
No Pressure Plumbing provides residential and commercial plumbing services including, but not limited to, water heater repair and installation, drain cleaning, pipe repair, slab leak detection, sewer line repair, gas line installation, faucet and toilet repair, and plumbing inspections. All work is performed by a licensed plumber holding a valid Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners (TSBPE) license.
We reserve the right to decline any job that falls outside our licensed scope, presents safety concerns, or requires permits or equipment we do not currently carry. If we cannot complete your requested work, we will advise you promptly so you can seek appropriate assistance.
2. Estimates and Pricing
We provide written estimates before work begins whenever the scope can be assessed upfront. Estimates are based on visible and accessible conditions at the time of evaluation.
Final pricing may vary from the original estimate if hidden conditions are discovered during work - for example, corroded pipes behind walls, slab leak locations requiring additional excavation, or deteriorated components not visible during initial diagnosis. We will stop and communicate any material change in scope before proceeding.
Emergency and after-hours service calls are billed at rates that differ from standard business-hours pricing. Emergency rates will be disclosed before we dispatch a technician.
3. Scheduling and Cancellation
Appointments are confirmed at the time of booking. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a non-emergency appointment.
Late cancellations - those made with less than 24 hours' notice - and no-shows may incur a trip fee to cover the technician's dispatched time. This fee will be applied toward the rescheduled appointment if you reschedule within 30 days.
4. Payment
Payment is due in full upon completion of work. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). Financing options may be available for larger projects - ask at the time of estimate.
Returned checks will be subject to a $35 returned check fee in addition to the original invoice amount. Accounts more than 30 days past due may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.
5. Warranty
No Pressure Plumbing warranties all parts and labor for one year from the date of service completion. If a covered item fails within this period due to workmanship or a defective part we supplied, we will repair or replace it at no additional charge.
Manufacturer warranties apply separately to equipment (water heaters, fixtures, pumps) and are governed by the manufacturer's terms, not ours. We will assist with warranty claims where possible.
Our warranty is voided if the completed work is modified, altered, or repaired by another party without our written consent. The warranty does not cover damage caused by freezing, flooding, misuse, or conditions unrelated to the original repair.
6. Limitation of Liability
No Pressure Plumbing is not responsible for pre-existing conditions discovered in the course of performing contracted work, including hidden corrosion, previous improper repairs, aged materials, or code violations that existed before our service call. We will document and disclose such findings so you can make informed decisions.
Our total liability for any claim arising from services performed is limited to the cost of the specific service from which the claim arose. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages, including damage caused by pre-existing conditions we did not create.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute arising from services rendered under these terms shall be resolved in Collin County, Texas.
